Gert Boyle, R.I.P.

Gert Boyle, CEO of Columbia Sportswear has passed. I learned about this amazing woman many years ago,  and I feel a great loss.  She was tough, independent, fearless, and inspiring, the ultimate role model for all older feisty women who knew what they wanted to achieve in spite of “age” and other would-be deterrents and went ahead and did it, often in unorthodox  ways.
