Messiah Jesus told us that when certain events, signs, and wonders begin to appear, we are to look up. In other words, we should focus on Him and Who He is for us—and stay on mission for Him—no matter what’s going on around us.
So much information needs to be shared about the times we’re in, but it can weary the saints. I’m feeling it now and fairly sure some of you may be feeling this as well. But we are not to grow weary. This is because of who we are in Christ Jesus and the trust we have in our Almighty God and Father. Pray for a refreshing of God’s Holy Spirit for every shepherd and watchman on the wall whom He has appointed and anointed for this time. And let’s encourage each other to focus on Messiah Jesus, Who is our strength, and give lesser credence and attention to the insanity unfolding all around us, for which Jesus also warned.
For this purpose, to some this will be a reminder of Who God is and the intimate relationship He desires to have with us. For those who know about Him but don’t know Him, please consider this by-no-means-complete list of His attributes.
From the text and Appendix of the book quoted here AND the Bible, here are some facts about Who God is to you, me, and anyone who will receive His love and redemption that is great and available to all who choose Him: “God created you for a love relationship with Himself. He yearns for you to love Him. The call to relationship is also a call to be on mission with Him. If you want to know God’s will, you must respond to His invitation to love Him wholeheartedly. God works through those He loves to carry out His kingdom purposes in the world. As you begin to think about knowing and doing God’s will, you need to know who God is.” — Henry T. Because of what’s coming to our country and world – and sooner than any of us may expect – and before Messiah Jesus returns not as the Suffering Servant as before but as the Warrior King reclaiming His Kingdom from the Adversary and the wicked, we all need to get close/closer to Him – Now. We need to be practiced in trusting Him fully, no matter what we see, hear, feel or experience – even unto death. If you’re engaging with Him in this way, I’m with you in spirit as I, too, seek to deepen my relationship with Him.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart. Do not rely on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, then He will level your paths. — Proverbs 3:5-6 CJB

2) “Silence in the face of evil is itself evil: God will not hold us guiltless. Not to speak is to speak. Not to act is to act.” ? Dietrich Bonhoeffer. The world and the hearts of men are more broken, deceived, and languishing than any other time in human history… and yet the silence of the Church is deafening! The scriptures are clear regarding those who confess, profess, proclaim, declare, and stand firm for the cause of Jesus versus those who do not. As Mordecai reminds us, “If we remain silent at this time, deliverance [for the Jews (and Gentiles)] will come from someone else, but you and your household shall perish. But perhaps you [we] have come to this royal position for such a time as this.” Jesus declared, “Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.” ~Matthew 10:32-33 What we profess or fail to profess will be the singular defining anthem of our lives! Choose wisely!
