When I get together with friends the conversation invariably goes to the cost of living and in particular, the number one gripe is the cost of health insurance premiums.
Recalling the sight and sound of Obama on the campaign trail proclaiming that his pet project, the so-called Affordable Health Care Act would bring down the cost of insurance produces anger and disappointment:. Remember “If you like the insurance you have now, you can keep it. At one campaign event he said, For “people who already have insurance and the employers who are providing it, we will work to lower your premiums by up to $2,500 per family.”
But all is not lost. There are alternatives if the men and women we elected to represent us are willing to consider them, and if the next president is willing to do the right thing.
One solution is offered in The Way Out of Obamacare a 52-page booklet that clearly explains and offers a workable solution as a replacement. It’s easy to read and understand. Anyone who is at all concerned about the future of health care should want to read it. Pick it up at Amazon.
I like this little booklet because the author, Sally C. Pipes, didn’t add unnecessary filler material to bump up the page count. She simply states the problem and tells how to fix it. It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to figure out how to do it.
President Obama’s assurances that everybody would pay less for premiums, and patients could keep their doctors has been proven false. Nevertheless, Obama insists the mess is here to stay. That said, his days in the White House are numbered, and the law has failed. Not only are insurance premiums and deductibles skyrocketed, patients are losing access to their doctors and economic growth has stalled. Things have to change and will change if enough people understand how the replacement will work to their advantage and to the economic stability of our country.
In this little gem, Sally Pipes provides an actionable blueprint for health care reform which the next president can implement on Day One. Her solution provides a replacement plan for Obamacare — one that will provide affordable, accessible, quality health care for all. Get a copy of the book to gain a better understanding of what’s involved. It’s not difficult; it just takes the will to do it.
