On the first day of his second administration, President Trump issued a Birthright Citizenship order entitled “Protecting the Meaning and Value of American Citizenship. He argued that ‘the Fourteenth Amendment has never been interpreted to extend citizenship universally to everyone born within the United States. The Fourteenth Amendment has always excluded from birthright citizenship persons who were born in the United States but not ‘subject to the jurisdiction thereof.’
Many, if not most Americans, wondered about that focus when so much else needed doing, and the ascension of Trump 47 was our chance. “Birthright Citizenship” on the first day in office? Few in Congress really paid heed either.
A full year later, three Senators – now that midterm elections are nearing – are urging Trump to end the rights of Chinese visitors to enter the territory of Guam/CNMI (Commonwealth of Northern Marianas Islands) VISA-FREE for 14 days. Birthing Chinese babies in this territory has become literally “a cottage industry” as Scott describes it. They have written to Noem at DHS and Bergram at Interior.
According to Yahoo News, “In a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and Interior Secretary Doug Burgum dated Jan. 15, the three GOP senators — Rick Scott of Florida, Jim Banks of Indiana and Markwayne Mullin of Oklahoma — urged the Trump administration to end the Guam-CNMI waiver program, saying it “has opened the United States to significant security threats by creating a veritable cottage industry of Chinese nationals giving birth in the [Mariana Islands] and gaining access to U.S. citizenship.”
Guam and the Marianas are only a tiny part of the problem, however.
What really made my upstairs light come on was listening to a radio show as I drove into town several days ago.
Over last 13 years, 100,000 children born here, to Chinese parents, or paid surrogate, and then taken back to China to be raised, according to Glenn Beck.
1.3 MILLION children born to Chinese parents or surrogates over 13 years, all of whom are being raised IN CHINA. One high-ranking party official has over 100 surrogate-produced children, born here and currently being raised in China. There are no numbers on how many are in this “program” now or will be sent to live in the US.
Surrogacy, by the way, is illegal in China.
Since China does NOT recognize dual citizenship, these children return to the United States, citizenship papers in hand. They go to schools, work in industry, start families of their own, and VOTE. They are controlled by the Party even then. They must use certain apps and only approved phones; their actions here are controlled by threats to their families back home in China.
President Trump’s margin of victory in 2024 was 1.8 million votes.
According to the Glenn Beck show, there are 107 organizations in Southern California alone that are in the business of providing women who will bear a Chinese baby for pay, aka “surrogates”. Nevada is also known to be “surrogate-friendly.”
NO state in these United States requires surrogacy to be utilized ONLY by US Citizens. Not one. THIS is something you can easily take to your elected officials. Changing that should be fairly easy and quick, if they care about this country. If they turn away or give you the usual yatter, with mouth engaged, brain turned elsewhere, you’ll know to challenge them more on other key issues. Every state that limits surrogacy to American citizens is a step in the right direction.
Apparently, both China AND Mexico feel the need to “retake” America. Mexico we might understand, although why now, after 180 years? Frankly, I’d be just as glad to give them back California… China, on the other hand, is still smarting about Taiwan, Tibet, and the South China Sea, I guess. Mexico has chosen illegal immigration and drugs as their tools of battle while China is building faux Americans as their weapons.
Civilizational Warfare. A horrid concept to add to the insanity of the at-home Communists, aka “democrats,” as they riot in the streets to preserve the illegal.
Remember that both Bush 43 and Obama were very pro-China. Their year-end Pentagon reports welcomed its rise.
It is said that China plans to attain dominance in 2027. If you question this, just look at advertising. A subtle yet very real increase in Chinese models in ads even for Walmart, dog food, cereal, et. al. This is how, if you remember, we were introduced to the coming of LGBTQ. “street” dressing (looking like a slob at all times), and so much more. Only they know exactly how many fake citizens are living here now. Our government, as nearly as I can find, cannot give exact numbers.
The case of birthright citizenship is before the Supreme Court as of this writing.
The key to their considerations is the question of its applicability to those whose parents are not residents of the US and/or are here illegally. Changing the 14th Amendment would be virtually impossible at this point. Calling a Constitutional Convention, as provided for in our founding documents, has never been done, and I am SO glad. There would be no faster way to lose our Republic in today’s world
SCOTUS could destroy this nation with the decision to leave the process in place now, to function unabated. And, we thought we were worried about their decision on Tariffs…
